Hi, I’m Madison. I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Cambridge, Ontario.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They reflect deeply and want to understand themselves, yet still find themselves in the same emotional or relational patterns.
You may feel overwhelmed, caught in your thoughts, or repeating dynamics that no longer feel aligned. Even with insight, something is not shifting.

Over time, many clients notice a clearer sense of direction, more steadiness in how they respond, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves and their relationships.
