Individual Counselling

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in familiar patterns, or disconnected from yourself. It can be hard to make sense of why things feel the way they do.

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and better understand what’s beneath these patterns. Together, we build insight, increase self-awareness, and develop more compassionate ways of relating to yourself.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but also challenging. You may find yourselves caught in cycles of conflict, miscommunication, or emotional distance.

In couples therapy, we focus on understanding the patterns between you, not assigning blame, but making sense of how both partners are impacted. Together, we work toward improving communication, rebuilding connection, and creating a more secure and supportive relationship.

My work is informed by Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Level 1 training in the Gottman Method.


Family Counselling

Family therapy offers a space for family members to express themselves openly, strengthen communication, and better understand one another’s perspectives.

We work together to notice patterns in how family members relate, explore underlying emotional needs, and support stronger, more connected relationships. This might include navigating conflict, life transitions, or ongoing stress within the family.

Sessions are collaborative and grounded in the well-being of the whole family, with goals shaped together based on what feels most important to each member.

    Together, we identify key patterns, challenges, or areas of growth and work through them in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

    I take a whole-person approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies and, when helpful, incorporating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools to support change.
